Role Description

The last few years have been an exhilarating journey for Elevate. We have expanded globally, opening operations in 4 continents and 8 countries; tripled our product line; tripled our head count; won a hatful of awards; and most importantly, changed the lives of students in some of the world’s most under-resourced areas such as South African townships, and urban centres like Newark, New Jersey and East London by providing engaging and dynamic education programs. And we are just getting going!  

The Role  

We are getting ready for the next stage of our journey and are looking for a Customer Success Manager to manage relationships with our B2B clients. The successful candidate will be a key member of our team, ensuring that schools receive the best possible experience with Elevate. Working from our office in inner Sydney, you will be responsible for:

  

  • Working with school administrators (Principals, Assistant Principals, Lead Teachers) to establish the objectives of the school's program for the school year;   

  • Answering client queries, handling requests and managing program changes;  

  • Co-ordinating all seminar bookings in your territory. This includes booking entry, editing, and confirmation of those bookings; 

  • Debriefing clients to ensure customer satisfaction;  

  • Monitoring client feedback to identify product improvements;  

  • Managing client renewals by utilising direct mail, email and phone contact to re-sign contacts for the new school year.  

 

 Skills and Experience  

  • Previous customer service / success experience is valued but not essential; 

  • A great people person with the ability to create rapport quickly;    

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills;

  • Be innovative, self-motivating and ambitious;   

  • Have exceptional time management and organisational skills
