Role Title: Business Development Manager
Role Outcome: Elevate conducts over 10,000 study skills seminars a year with over 1200 schools around Australia. The Business Development Manager is responsible for winning new school clients and increasing the size of Elevate’s customer base. They do this by:

Contacting prospective leads from the company’s database by email or phone;

Attending face-to-face meetings;
-
Processing client orders;
-
Growing client accounts;
-
Maintaining a sales pipeline;
-
Supporting the Head of Performance and Coaching in the management of the presenting team in your relevant state.
Reporting To: General Manager.
Working Conditions: Travel – 4 days per month. Must have a driver license and be eligible to hire to a car.
