Our Connect product line in Australia offers final year students subject-specific exam revision workshops presented by top students from the year before. We also sell course guides which include topic summaries, practice questions and general tips.  

 

The Role 

You will work closely with the Head of Sales and Customer Service – Connect and be responsible for managing the Connect content ensuring it is up to date and of the highest quality. 

 

Duties Include: 

• Managing Connect content to ensure it is up to date and of the highest quality 

• Liaising with examiners and other senior teachers to review content and provide guidance to presenters 

• Obtaining content requests from clients  

• Managing the printing and delivery of student handouts and Connect course guides 

• Ensuring we have a sufficient number of Presenters for every subject across the year 

• Rostering Presenters onto seminars and communicating client needs and requests to Presenters. 

• Obtaining student and teacher feedback and preparing summary reports post program 

• Utilising school feedback to drive constant improvement of our presenters and content 

• Supporting the Head of Sales and Customer Service – Connect including meeting generation, quote generation and booking confirmations 

 

The ideal candidate should: 

• Have outstanding written and verbal communication skills, and be a great people person; 

• A background in education, or working directly with school administration is highly desired; 

• Have the ability to create rapport quickly; 

• Be innovative, self-motivating and ambitious; 

• Have exceptional time management and organizational skills 

• Be curious and have a willingness to learn 

 

You will be working with a group of highly motivated staff who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of students across Australia.  This role is ideal for a graduate who has a passion for education.  Full training will be provided to the successful candidate.
