The Role

As Head of HR, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire recruitment process, managing the presenting team and coaching and developing the presenting team to ensure that our presenters nail every seminar.

Duties include:

  • Developing new strategies and programs to attract candidates through traditional and nontraditional sources

  • Conducting on-campus visits at universities across South Africa, and occasionally giving presentations on the Elevate presenter role to groups at each university

  • Screen resumes, interview candidates (by phone and in person), administer appropriate assessments, make recommendations for hire (or not hire)

  • Conducting climate surveys to ensure presenter satisfaction and developing strategies to improve satisfaction

  • Reviewing presenter recordings and development improvement plans for presenters

 

Skills and Experience:

  • Good knowledge of Elevate's scripts and presenting skills

  • Exemplary communication skills both oral and written

  • Exceptional work ethic

  • Consistently meets deadlines

  • Thrives under pressure

  • Comfortable with some travel
