The end of the school year brings the chance to recognise the standout team members who have really excelled at showcasing the Elevate values and fulfilling their role to the highest standard. And so, in Elevate tradition, these team members were announced and celebrated at last month’s National Awards in Australia and South Africa.

‘Last year at Elevate was fun as! I’ve loved hanging out with the team and meeting all the new people as the team grew. I presented much more large groups than last year, but I’ve enjoyed honing that skill too. I was surprised and super grateful to receive Presenter of the Year!’

Sofia Bikicki
‘It has been such a rewarding experience working with the Elevate team in 2023. Jumping straight into the busyness of Connect in semester 2, I felt that the work I was doing was not only something that I am deeply passionate about, but that I was making a real and substantial difference in the world around me. Being awarded the Connect Presenter of the Year was such a wonderful blessing and I felt that all of my efforts and challenges I had overcome along the way were being acknowledged and rewarded. I am truly thankful to be a part of such a positive and hard-working team of amazing individuals.’

Amy Cooper
‘2023 was a pretty incredible one- my personal presenting highlight was definitely my trip to Singapore, but all of my favourite Elevate moments were those spent with everyone on the team, both on seminars, and in all the little moments around, and I’m so proud of everything that they all accomplished last year! Getting to meet everyone at Nationals was the perfect way to wrap up the year, and it was such an honour to receive the award- I can’t wait for everything 2024 has in store for us all!’

"It was a dynamic year full of a lot of learning and change. It was a real highlight getting to work so much more closely with the presenters day in day out; I always feel like I get fuel and motivation from working alongside them to set schools (and our presenters) up for success. Honestly I was a bit struck when Charlie said I won the award - I just care a lot about the team and learning, it was just a pure delight to receive.'

‘Ever since I joined Elevate, I knew I was a part of something bigger. The impact from day one has been immense, even more so when I joined coaching. It's been a bit of a bumpy road for me in my personal life, and it was then that I found how much of a family this company really is. Chad in particular has helped me grow so much not only as a Diagnostic Consultant but as a person as well. Receiving the Coach of the Year award was truly a dream come true for me. It has made me excited to see how I can be even better in 2024. Elevate has done so much for me, my only wish is to return the favour.’
